Gold Omega 3® is a food supplement which contains premium fine concentrated cold-water fish oil converted to 65% content of omega-3 fatty acids.
Omega-3 fatty acids are classified as polyunsaturated fatty acids. They are described as essential fatty acids (EFA), because they are vital to a proper diet.
Scientific research has proven that Omega-3 fatty acids, particulary EPOA and DHA:
- contribute to the normal function of the heart (beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA).
- contributes to maintenance of normal brain function (beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA).
- DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal vision (beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA).
Ingredients
- Fish oil (65% Omega-3 fatty acids) including 1000 mg
- 33% of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 330 mg
- 22% docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 220 mg
- 10% of other Omega-3 acids 100 mg
- Vitamin E 12 mg (100%*)
