Scientific studies confirm that:
- Lemon balm extract has a relaxing effect in states of impatience, irritability and emotional tension. It helps maintain a positive mood and cognitive function, and also supports maintaining proper physical and mental condition. Furthermore, it helps improve the quality of sleep.
- Vitamin B1 (thiamine) helps in maintaining proper psychological function and proper functioning of the nervous system.
- Pantothenic acid reduces tiredness and fatigue, and helps maintain mental performance at a correct level.

Components: lemon balm leaves extract (Melissa officinalis L.), bulking agent – microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents – magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; calcium pantothenate – pantothenic acid, thiamin hydrochloride – vitamin B1, capsule (shell component – gelatine).
Purpose
This preparation is intended: As a dietary supplement for adults, who lead an intensive lifestyle, are prone to the stress of everyday life, living with tension and especially for people seeking to maintain emotional balance and to achieve a state of relaxation.
Note: Pregnant and lactating women should consult a doctor before using this preparation. This product should not be used in the case of hypersensitivity to any of its ingredients.
Dosage
Recommended daily intake: 1 capsule after a meal, with a large amount of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
