Dietary supplement in capsules containing standardised extracts of KSM-66 Ashwagandha root, Bacopa and Roseroot.
The KSM-66 Ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifra L.) is a high-quality extract obtained in a process compliant with the principles of “Green chemistry”*, without the use of alcohol or chemical solvent. It helps to cope with stress and maintain well-being during periods of mental and nervous tension, as well as periods of anxiety. It also helps to maintain good physical condition, a feeling of energy and vitality. Additionally, it supports the processes of learning, memorising and maintaining good mental ability in the elderly.
Bacopa (Bacopa monnieri L.) can have a positive effect on brain functions and contribute to improving short- and long-term memory, as well as to increasing concentration and intelligence. In addition, it helps to maintain mental fitness during ageing, and aids peripheral blood circulation, which affects brain performance.
Roseroot (Rhodiola rosea L.) contributes to maintaining optimal mental and cognitive activity, and helps to cope with stress-induced symptoms such as headache and fatigue. In addition, it has a beneficial effect in cases of sleeping disorders.

- KSM-66 Ashwagandha extract (Withania somnifera L.) 5% withanolides 300 mg
- Bacopa extract (Bacopa monnieri L.) 20% bacosides 150 mg
- Roseroot extract (Rhodiola rosea L.) 4% rosavins 40 mg

Ingredients: KSM-66 Ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera L.), Bacopa extract (Bacopa monnieri L.), Roseroot extract (Rhodiola rosea L.), bulking agent – microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents – magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; capsule (casing ingredients gelatine).
Purpose
Intended use: The preparation is intended for adults striving to maintain normal mental fitness. Especially recommended for people undergoing chronic stress, who engage in intellectual work, and are learning to improve their memory and concentration.
Attention: The product is not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women, or in cases of hypersensitivity to any of the product’s ingredients. During the period of use of the product, do not drink alcohol or use hypnotics, sedatives and anxiolytics.
Dosage
Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule daily during a meal. It is recommended to use the preparation for a minimum of one month.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
